MFL Mutual Fund is New Zealand’s largest personal superannuation fund. Established in 1969, its prime objective is to help Members (investors) build and protect their retirement savings over the medium to long term.

MFL Mutual Fund is a convenient superannuation investment, with a particular focus on property investment assets.

The Fund is managed by experienced investment fund manager, ING (NZ) Limited, whose aim is to help build your investment over time to form the solid financial base so essential for retirement. MFL Mutual Fund currently comprises one retail fund – the MFL Property Fund.

MFL Property Fund

Invests predominantly in a diverse range of New Zealand and international property securities, including listed property trusts and property-related shares, complemented by fixed interest securities and cash.
